Assessment of natural and resource potential of some particular region, especially for the country with such geopolitical location like Georgia, constitutes one of the main factor satisfying society`s spiritual and material needs, thus correctly solving the issues of their occurrence, rational usage and restoration, protection possess the huge significance. The diploma work covers the detailed analysis of versatile application of Black Sea coast landscapes (known for diverse natural and resource potential) of Samegrelo-Guria region and its sustainable development issues, which are acquired by author via processing the materials received from field-expedition works and by processing the literature materials. The above mentioned analysis covers the following: comparative characterization of dynamics of paleolandscapes and modern geo-complexes, natural and resource potential of Black Sea landscapes and correlation analysis and synthesis of main factors defining them; the issue of touristic - recreational capacity of sea coast and ecological problems and other topics.
