The conflict is a social phenomen and an integral part of human existence. Life is
uniminable without conflict. It is important to have the knowledge that will determine the
internal or external factors that lead to conflict. It is also important to understand the inner essence
of the conflict. Person is the main actor in the conflict. Any conflict is related to people or groups
of people.
My main interest is to see its main actor, the person’s operation in conflict and
psychological aspects to show how internal or external factors affect the individuals, whether it
causes intrapersonal or interpersonal conflicts.
Nowadays, cultural norms that were very important and holy for our parents today are not
so important, which are often reason for the conflict between age groups. For the most part of
society, cultural values are still very important, but these are also layers of society that have very
modern/free views, which is in conflict with traditions. My goal is to analyse human behaviour
