Abstract
Conflicts are the essential part of our life. Most of the population in any country is involved in
the organization's activities, where people often spend more time, than in their own family.
The current processes in the organization are followed by conflicts, whether it is a conflict
between the employees or the disagreements with the activity. Accordingly, different
organizations may have similar and different types of conflicts. This depends on what kind of
organization is at the stage of development, as well as the organization's employees genderly
homogeneous or heterogeneous.
In presented research we define, what is the organization, what kind of conflicts are there in
the organization, how does a woman or a man behave in a different conflict and how they
resolve these conflicts? It is therefore necessary to examine the organization's staff and to
determine their attitudes about what kind of conflicts they are dealing with and how they try to
deal with them.
Using the methods of focus group and deep interview, we find out that gender styereotypes
still are important factors of different approach toward the conflict resolution activities in
genderly homogeneous and heterogeneous groups.
