საფრანგეთ-ნატოს ურთიერთობების სპეციფიკა:რეინტეგრაციის მიზეზები

The present research paper explores the specificity of France-Nato relations from the end of cold war-from 1990 to 2009. It attemps to identify those main factors and reasons that have caused French official reintegration to Natos military structures.
The mains research question is: What has led France to change its contradictory attitudes to NATO and to re-integrate fully in it? Accordingly, the main hypothesis of research paper is that: the failure of “soft Balancing” used by France against USA after the end of cold war have caused its reintegration into NATO. Therefore, the independent variable is failure of “soft balancing” against USA that have affected the dependent variable-France's return to Nato's military structures.
To proof the main research hypothesis , the paper uses qualitative research methodology -Case Study in the context of French “soft balancing” after the end of cold war and Content Analysis-to analize the proofs of “soft balancing” failure.
The research uses the theoretical framework of Neorealism as French return to NATO is explained from the perspective of System level of analysis in international relations.
