Abstract
The following work “Institutional forms of the labor inspection and perspectives of development in Georgia” by Shanidze N. concerns the main issues of the labor inspection as an institution and organization in the theoretical frame of historical institutionalism.
The depended variable is labor inspection and the independent variable – the values. In this work here is discussed earlier and current main institutional and organizational tendencies in European countries and in Georgia on the example of labor inspection; as well as ideas, norms and values widespread in societies and political groups which have influence on these tendencies. The stated issue is very actual for Georgia. After getting an independence a structural change of economics took place; the only body working on the regulation of labor issues was abolished after the reforms in 2006, this had a significant influence on labor institutionalism and legislature of the country. The process is analyzed through two main approaches of the historical institutionalism and this work concludes that calculus approach, one of these approaches which confirms that decision making process is based on rational calculation is not always a good explanatory instrument of the organizational issues and by cultural approach we can get a full description of the following processes in social and political life.
