შიდა ორგანიზაციული კომუნიკაციის გავლენა ორგანიზაციის წარმატებაზე საქართველოს საჯარო სექტორის მაგალითზე

The paper attempts to examine and demonstrate the internal organizational communication existing in the public sector organizations of Georgia and its impact on the success of the organizations. For study and comparative analysis of predetermined variables, the paper deals with two public sector institutions of Georgia: LEPL Social Services Agency and LEPL Public Service Hall. Along with the research, based on the secondary literature, the work includes preliminary hypotheses to guide the research disseminations. Furthermore, the study includes analysis of strategy, charter and other organizational documents of selected organizations.
For the purposes of this paper the qualitative research method was used. Employees of the Social Service Agency, as well as the Public Service Hall were interviewed.
Two basic variables are defined within this paper: independent - Internal organizational communication, dependent - The success of the organization.
As the result of this study, the positive correlation has been found between the effective internal organizational communication and the organizational success.
