Abstract
Communication is ability for people to communicate with each other. Today there are not many
fields, where Communicational skills are not necessary. Almost every organization employees have
to work with somebody. Every interaction comes with Conflict, as it is the part of the teamwork.
Based on that, the goal of my thesis is to research how lack of communication impacts on conflicts
in organization. To reach the goal the following objectives were set: Find out the ways of
communication in Organization; Find out the effectiveness of the communication in the
Organization; Research the ways of handling the conflict; Find out the quality of communication
on handling the conflict. Based on the objectives following questions for research were made: How
effective is the ways of conflict in organization; How does the individual handling the conflict;
How does the quality of communication works on handling of Conflict. The research was held
according to the Quantitative Research method. 200 respondents participated in the survey.
Generalization of the respondents was employed people. Analyses of the data happened according
to the next factors; Communication: Communication with manager, Communication with other
employees; communication with Top-management. Conflict: View of the conflict, Specify
perceptions, Needs, Relationship with others and Agreements. According to the results of the
research we can see, that in the organizations where have good communication, handling conflict
is good as well. Organizations where communication is poor, handling Conflict is poor as well.
