Britain's recent exit from the EU is one of the most pressing issues in world politics.Britain has
long threatened to leave the union and finally, in a referendum on June 23, 2016, 52% of
Britons decided to leave the EU.The purpose of this paper is to answer the following questions:
What are the economic consequences of leaving the EU for Britain and will it survive without
it?Also,the effects of Brexit on Britain's foreign economic relations, in particular aspects such as
the results of the referendum, are analyzed.The paper Examines the prospects for the
development of relations between the state and the integration group in the fields of trade,
economy and finance, and discusses the impact of these developments on the prospects of the
global economy and bilateral relations.
Based on the views of economists and experts,it is clear,that this event will have bothpositive and negative effects on both the UK and the EU and will significantly change the
economic and political situation in Europe in the future
