Abstract
Crime is the basis of liability under criminal law. Under the criminal law, the wrongful act of the perpetrator is provided. If a person voluntarily pleads guilty for a crime, he will not be liable. Recognition of guilt for a crime can be, as in the preparation of a crime, and during an unfinished attempt. It should be noted that a person can admit guilt and during the completed attempt of a crime. During voluntary recognition, if the act committed by the person actually contains other signs of a crime (for example, did not kill a person, but damaged his body), he will be punished in fact for attempting. We will have a voluntary confession of guilt for the eventual bringing of the crime into action when the formation is necessarily original. The norm of voluntary recognition of guilt for a crime is encouraging. A person is absolved from responsibility not because he has not committed a crime, but because he has avoided damage to the legal good. Voluntary confession of guilt for a crime does not represent an exculpatory environment excluding blame but is the basis for personal exemption from liability. On the voluntary recognition of guilt, there has been a heated discussion for a long time. In the dogmatic theory of criminal law, it is recognized that around this topic, in order to better understand the issues that arise, when the use of semantic, historical and systematic definitions is not enough, in this case it is necessary to reason about the essence of the voluntary recognition of guilt for a crime. Accordingly, in this work we will consider the issue of the voluntary recognition of guilt for a crime in a broad sense.
