Abstract
Master’s thesis deals with business communications in management and its popularity for today’s times. Business communications, as a science is in a process of founding and we can help it with our small contribution, that’s why this thesis is interesting. In the time of globalization, where are no more barriers between people or companies on a worldwide, is increasing meaning of communication. With increased interactions between nation-states and individuals came the growth of international trade, ideas, and culture. In this thesis presented the meaning of bussines communication in separate companies managment, al-so in international bussines management. In the first chapter of thesis, is discussed theoretical-methodological aspects of bussines co-mmunications in companies management. There is described meaning and importence of co-mmunications between employers of organization. Also, there is discussed communication de-vices, whit its history of development. In the second chapter of thesis, we discuss improving and optimization themes in staff mana-gement systems. The whole chapter is about Human Resources in organization. Particularly, there is discussed staff management and the role of manager. Also, we inspecting about effective communication and about Body Language. In conclusion, the results of research are generalized.
