Abstract
Volume and structure of the thesis of Mania Gogidze "Properties of Command Personnel Management in Georgian Companies" due to the nature of the issues involved, the research objectives and methods. The work consists of 174 printed pages and an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references and applications.
The administration considered the relevance of the dissertation topic. It consists in the fact that in Western countries the command control method has been used for many decades. In American business, this method was introduced in the 60s of the last century. For the first time they took advantage of such a large company like Procter & Gamble Company. In the 1980s, this experience began to use many American manufacturers of consumer goods, such as: Xerox Corporation, General Electric Company, IBM Corporation, Digital Equipment Corporation, Colgate-Palmolive and others.
In the XXI century the management process becomes more complex, making the team management even more relevant method. There are many areas of public life, where commanding methods are considered the most rational. That command control method makes it possible to correct the mistakes that have been committed in a hierarchical, bureaucratic and authoritarian management.
For a number of objective reasons, theoretical and methodological issues of the organization of decision-making is not enough studied in Georgian literature. This lack of coverage of this problem, as well as being the need for fundamental research in the regional corporate structures identified the relevance of the dissertation topic.
In addition, in the introduction is defined by the position in which he finds the study very relevant also because it summarizes the views of both supporters opponents of command and control.
