Abstract
The organization is a combination of individuals and groups that are united to achieve common goals. Employees of different organizations have daily communicate with people of different nationalities, culture, races, ages, beliefs and beliefs. All this requires a great deal of effort and flexibility, although professionalism does not exclude the origin of the conflict in the organization. It is often the case of conflict between individual individuals and groups, therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the management of work conflicts and timely eradicating it. Otherwise, the conflict can significantly impede the working process.
Any organization may face various conflicts that are not properly managed by management, which leads to unproductive loss of employees' time and energy. This article examines what is organizational conflict, what may be the causes of its existence, how can the conflicts be resolved and what is involved in this particular process. The research is conducted as a theoretical and practical character. Based on the above, modern organizations are very important and active in searching for ways to effectively solve conflict situations existing in organizations.
