ქართული ენის სწავლების მიმართ პოზიტიური დამოკიდებულებების განმაპირობებელი ფაქტორები კომპაქტურად მცხოვრებ ეთნიკურ უმცირესობებში

Ethnic Azeri and Armenian Georgian citizens living in Kvemo Kartli and SamtskheJavakheti
have
been
living
for
more
than
a
century,
in
some
closed
information,
public
and

cultural
spaces.
Their
compact
settlements
are
the
ones
that have
been
cut
off
from
the

country's
daily
life,
which
are
importantly
exhausted
from the ongoing
processes
in
the
country,
largely
due
to the
barriers
arising
from
the lack
of
Georgian
language.
In addition,
it

should
be
noted
that the
compact
ethnic
minority
settlements,
different
historical
and

political
events
that
are
located
on
their
historic
homeland
in
the border
areas,
which
is
why
the
local
population
for
cultural,
economic
and
social
power
of
attraction
has
always been
and

is
in
Armenia
and
Azerbaijan,
their's
Oriya
homeland,
as well
as
in
many
cases
the Russian

Federation
and
Turkey.
Based
on
all
of
the above,
it
is
clear
that
the current
problem
is
state
level
that
demands
from
the government
of
the country
to make deliberate
implementation

and
enforcement
of
decisions
based
on
in-depth
analysis,
which
should
constitute
a
systematic

combination
of
adequate
and
realistic
steps to address
existing
difficulties.
