The paper aims to study the causes and consequences of economic development cycle, using modern methods of analysis of the dynamics of economic development of different types of cycles to identify and study the world's financial markets for the purpose of forecasting the possible crises, as well as anti-crisis macroeconomic policy theoretical and practical study matters;
The subject of the present work, despite the richness of the papers dedicated to the study of individual issues, will never lose its sensitivity, and even if a minor novelty or approach can be used to fully understand the historical process.
