Nowadays, the key to the success of business is customer satisfaction. Therefore, the biggest challenge for companies, is to understand customer’s needs and preferences. The popularity of this trend has finally formed the concept of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
CRM is like a business strategy and its main goal is to establish long-term and profitable relationship between company and its customers, based on the correctly selected processes.
Organizations try to receive useful and necessary information about customers from different sources. As a result of such kind of interaction, finally there is huge amount of raw information about users in company database, which needs to be processed.
