ფსიქოლოგია და კომუნიკაცია - მართვის პროცესების მნიშვნელოვანი ასპექტები

The modern development Aspects of states offers to discuss new approaches of methods and tools of relations. The history has kept in past those levers which forced the countries to live in absolutely monotonous mode. The old management methods cannot stand the test of time and has broken in front of everybody. Cohabitation in the conditions of private property has strictly required new approaches for regulation of management processes. We consider that we should take our part in this highly significant case in order to regulate and improve relations in management processes. This was the reason to express my interest; to elaborate and offer my views in the field of management. To familiarize what is the role of such aspects of management as communication and psychology in series of XXI century challenges. Hence, the present Master’s Work offers review of management process essence and contradiction with economic thinking. Despite the fact that management process needs new understanding I considered highly important to study thoroughly experience of old management schools and to see the future way from the standpoint of past, to evaluate new style of management and chairmanship. For this reason I have shown in the work aspects in the process of research which psychology offers with its rich methodology. I characterized the role of it in management and process of its introduction in relations. I tried to show how to introduction of psychological approaches should catch modern technological types of communication. As it first of all is expressed in human liaisons. In management the most important factor is human who thinks, foresees, plans da intentionally divides time at whole work process.
I think that Master’s Work made by me will be a small contribution in regulation of management processes. Especially through such sharp challenges the reduction of which whole humanity tries nowadays.
The work is attached with research results and possible conclusions.
