Organization meaning is identified by it’s destination, living style, employees, working style, manager’s tactic . All of these are connected to organization culture and management style.
Currently there are increasing attempts to empower small and medium size business, to interest international investors and to make an attractive image of Georgia in a business field. More and more small and medium size organizations are appeared on market.
With this thesis I made a survey of management style and appropriated tecnics spread among small and medium size organizations in Georgia.
