Influence of electronic business on management of international companies

Presented master's thesis is dedicated to the influence of electronic business management of international companies. Within the scope of scientific and technological progress, the Internet is not only an important resource but also an integral part of the management of various activities. All of this has reflected on the economy of time and material expenses.
Presented master's work deals with the influence of e-business, management of international companies.
In the first chapter of the work, the essence of international trade, direct and portfolio investments is discussed. Namely, trends in the improvement of the business environment, the main motives and functions of international trade.
The second chapter of the work examines the existing business environment in Georgia. In particular, it is the social and technological factors that have great influence on the long-term perspectives of the country
The third chapter of the work deals with Walmart and innovative ways of retailing this company.
