Abstract
Master's thesis "The Employer's Branding on the Example of Georgian Insurance Companies" is presented in the following structural form: The actuality of the topic of research, the objectives of the community and the contents of the tasks, The formulation of the study subject, also methods used for research, The state of study of the issue, - the difference is from the previous research and material-technical base and information resources.
In the first chapter of the thesis deals with the essence of employer branding, importance and process, employer branding in the modern industry, on the example of international companies.
In the second and the third chapter presents the employer branding of Georgia's leading insurance companies, in particular the insurance company "GPI" and "Irao".
