Abstract
Digital media have long since transformed the behavioral characteristics of a number of fields, so that
the communication sources of the different directions are either completely eliminated or reduced to
consumers. The question is whether digital media can be replaced by traditional media. Taking into
consideration this rapidly changing and lifelong tendency, commercial and private organizations
needed public governance and state agencies as well. In the era of digital media, while social
network's protest and initiated campaigns on the streets and in some cases react to demands, the
function of social networks exceeds the scope of personal consumption, photos, different links and
personal status publishing. Today it is one of the most urgent, quick, accessible and comprehensive
means of communication for individuals, as well as private and public sectors. Citizens publicly claim
their wishes, interests, and demands on social networks. The associates find each other and all these
are already given a campaign. In turn, the public sector uses this form of communications - the
fastest, the lowest, and the most expensive to share their achievements and initiatives.
The goal of our research is to determine what tools the public sector provides for citizens to engage in
decision-making and initiation, what other alternatives to the population online to express their own
opinion and how the community uses communication with government agencies and public servants
to share their ideas That's it.
The task of our research is to analyze and monitor data on online government portals to determine
how much people are able to interact and how they are involved in the decision-making process.
Also, the online questionnaire is to determine the positivity of Facebook users at the level of
engagement offered to them and to get involved in the decision-making process if possible. At the
same time we will analyze international and local practice and consider the example of social
activities in social networks. We will consider some of our internet platforms to fix their positions.
For research we will use analysis of secondary sources, online, semi-structured question on Facebook
users in Georgia, and will also use observational analysis and data collection methods. Choosing an
online questionnaire is random.
