Abstract
Master's thesis "Challenges of Organizational Culture" refers to the analysis of the situation in Georgia based on general theories of organizational culture.
Organizational culture influences and manages the behavior of the team members, but its explanation is quite complex and there is no universal, agreed definition of what the corporate culture means. Organizational culture arises when employees share knowledge and assumptions and find the way to internal integration. National culture has a significant impact on organizational culture and is therefore important as a study of corporate culture and general culture.
The purpose of the research presented in the paper is to understand whether the cultural aspects of the organization are consistent with the employees' views and eventually impact the organizational culture of the company at the satisfaction level of the company.
The received material was developed by the SPSS program and the data provided for approval of established hypotheses.
“Challenges of the organizational culture” represents master’s thesis which refers on the analysis of the situation based on general theories of organizational culture, in Georgia.
