Abstract
Presented master's paper analyzes Georgian cuisine as one of the most important determinants of national identity, shows the ways and strategies that need to be established on the global market.
The work consists of three logically related chapters and eight subdivisions.
The first chapter of the work examines the history of Georgian national cuisine and its peculiarities, factors affecting its formation, unique characteristics of Georgian wine and cuisine.
The second chapter deals with the peculiarities of the international market, namely, the cuisine of the countries of the world, their popularization strategies.
The third chapter deals with the prospects of exporting Georgian cuisine to marketing and international markets. The tourism potential of Georgia is one of the main strategies for the popularization of Georgian gastronomic culture.
A survey was conducted which showed us the great potential of Georgian cuisine. Based on the results of the survey, strategies for positioning and popularization of the Georgian culinary on international market were selected, recommendations and proposals for further development have been developed.
