The paper deals with employment, as an economically important factor essence, its highlights, the regulation theories and concepts. Employment is a primary concern for any country and find ways to solve the problems related to it.
The present work deals with the problems of employment and this is about the direction of the action plan, which aims to promote qualitative and quantitative growth as employment.
In order to study employment as an important economic and social event in the following work we have discussed the essence of the employment, its basic forms and the assessment methodology of the current employment status in Georgia. As well as employment reforms implemented during the transition period and highlighted trends.
The work consists of the introduction, the main part of the text, the conclusion and the list of used literature. The first chapter deals with employment as a macroeconomic phenomenon and its role in raising living standards.
The second chapter discussing the state of the labor market functioning in the conditions of employment in Georgia.
The third chapter discusses the reduction of poverty and employment trends in Georgia in effective labor market functioning in the conditions.
Because the labor market in Georgia is still in forming stage and it doesn’t provides its basic functions of realization, we set one of the objectives to research the state employment systems, to establish system’s development trends, forming of realization effective arrangement of the active politic.
