Master's thesis is devoted to topical issues of effective management of state enterprises in Georgia. The work includes: title page, content, annotation, introduction, main part, as well as conclusions and recommendations.
The main part deals with the criteria for creating and abolishing state-owned enterprises, and pressing management issues: structure, personnel policy, financial and management reporting, and quality management. Analyzed the current state of state-owned enterprises, problems and foreign experience. I also studied 3 state-owned enterprises "Tbilisi Transport Company", "Georgian State Electric System" and "Georgian Railway". These companies are included in the list of the largest enterprises in terms of turnover and the number of employees, so consideration of their social activities is interesting. Their annual reports, studies of various NGOs and the opinions of Georgian scientists on specific issues were used.
At the end of the work, conclusions and recommendations are given, which are analyzed as a theoretical and practical part and recommendations are given.
