Abstract
Relationship with the financial establishments is undivided part of our lives. Each of us, we are bank customers - we make utility payments, get salary or transfer money for our studies, open child deposits or get pension - we must cooperate with banks. Financial organizations try to create unique products and sell to costumers, and within the satisfaction of the clients reach maximization of the profit. In Georgian bank sector we have high concurrency, 3 million 700 thousand citizens are served by the fifteen commercial banks. In such kind of high concurrently environment, role of marketing gets more actual, which is presented in learning targeted auditory and creating innovative ideas, also quality of service providing gets actual and to improve service and to modernize products and procedures.
