The master’s paper illustrated key instruments of company’s financial analysis, also used multi-factor bankruptcy models, on which basis for given analytical company expressed an opinion about current financial position and main aspects of future development perspectives.
As we know, financial statements represent current recourses and funding sources of the company for a given date, therefore its meaning is very important for such financial statements users as shareholders, management, financial institutions and so on. We must note, that standalone financial statements are not enough indicator of company’s financial health, without performing of proper analytical procedures. Various instruments of financial analysis give us the opportunity of correct perception of company’s current financial condition and helps us to make correct perspective decisions.
The work consists of the introduction part, the four chapters, the nineteen sub-chapters, the conclusion and the literature used.
The introduction includes aims and objectives of the research. The first chapter deals with aims, objectives and key instruments of financial strategy. Second chapter represents analytical company’s financial statements on which basis financial statement analysis procedures are performed in third chapter. Fourth chapter deals with key aspects of company’s future development and bankruptcy analysis is performed and respective conclusions are given.
