Abstract
In-vitro method of cell, tissue and body culture is successfully used in modern experimental biology. The actuality of the method lies in direct participation of studding the fundamental issues in physiology, genetics, molecular biology and biochemistry of the plant. It is also aimed to the development of existing agricultural breeds and creation of new ones.
this metod is widely used in the genetic selection of valuable plants such as medical and forms. Such plans include the passion flower (passion flower) passflora incarnatae. In the in-vitro system this plant is practically less studied. Therefore, the most difficult problem in the study of plant morphogenesis in the in-vitro system is: obtaining aseptic culture, challenging one of the pathways of organogenesis from cultured tissues, and hormonal regulation of this process; Getting new shapes with improved marks, etc.
