Abstract
Sales managers are the most important financial supporters for commercial organizations, because
its viability depends on the effective work of sales managers.
Since the satisfaction of the above segment has not yet been researched and it is now widely believed
that the material motivation is sufficient for the seller, this was the basis for research idea.
The research revealed that sales managers are more satisfied with material motivation schemes, the
content of the work and leadership style of supervisors. Discontent refers to the absence of intangible
system or its backwardness and working infrastructure.
Within the master's thesis some recommendations were elaborated, their consideration will be truly
useful for business entrepreneurs.
