Below presented work examines “Modern methods of management and regulation of conflicts”.
The research aims to find out how well managers of Georgian companies know modern methods of management and if they use them in managerial decision making process. Besides the paper will determine managers’ attitudes towards conflicts and what means do they use to regulate stressful situations.
Modern era made the managerial knowledge more multifarious. Service quality and effectiveness of production depends on right managerial decisions. Thereof we can easily say how important it is for a manager to know modern methods of management, its rules and skills.
Conducted research analyzes information about modern methods of management, causes that provoke stressful situations and managerial ways for regulation of conflicts. By comparison of obtained information I picked out issues which help us to understand how managerial decision making takes place and what does modern methods of management include. Also, paper explains what a conflict is and what kind of management should manager use to operate conflicts.
