The issue of the Bicameral parliament implementation in Georgia

By processing the issue presented in the master's thesis I tried to represent the possibility of implementing Bicameralism, as one of the most common systems, in Georgia.
The text discusses the main and fundamental issues of the Bicameral parliament, taking into consideration its significance, as far as it was possible in the form of a master's thesis.
The paper consists of three main chapters, each of which is divided into three sub-chapters, the text discusses management and structural issues of the bicameral system, with comparative analysis, there are separated and highlighted what are the features and what difficulties we may face towards bicameral parliament. The issue of responsibilities and its distribution is discussed, as well as a State crisis and its accompanying processes.
The paper also discusses the legislative regulations of Georgia, concerning to bicameralism as well as to related issues.
The text contains diagram and statistical data published by the international organization on the quantity and form of government of countries, as well as the election mechanisms, that are illustrated as a table.
Finally, the paper represents what advantages do the bicameralism has and why it should be implemented, also if it is possible to move to this system without Georgia's restoration of territorial integrity. the conclusion summarizes each of the above-mentioned issues and formes them uniformly, extensively and clearly.
