ეთნო -რელიგიური კონფლიქტები ყოფილი იუგოსლავიის ტერიტორიაზე 1992-1995 წლებში და საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციები

This research chronologically covers the period from 1992 to 1995 and reflects the chain of events that took place in the former territory of the Yugoslavian Federation and also the issues that led to this process. The emergence of ethnic conflicts on the territory of the former Yugoslavia and, in general, the issue of the ethnic-nationalism, is also the focus of the research. In addition, internal separatism, which was followed by the declaration of independence in Croatia and Bosnia Herzegovina, on the example of the Republic of the Republic of Bosnia, Bosnia and Herzegovina-Bosnia.
The topic is relevant to the extent that it covers the recent historical event. What is more, there is not much information available about the topic in Georgian scholarly. The work deals with issues such as the role of the international organizations in crisis management, the transformation that they experienced after the end of the Cold War. In particular it covers the United Nations’ and EU involvement in the conflict. Furthermore, it describes the strategy of the North Atlantic Alliance and the peacekeeping operations carried out thought out the conflict. The work is mainly based on the resolutions of international organizations and the Peace Conference Resolutions. Also it stands on the chronological data published by the press, the surveys of various institutions and the official reports and documents prepared by the International Information Department of the International Organizations.
