Abstract
The organizational conflicts are one of the key directions in conflict studies. This is a field which covers the daily life of people and concerns them. Accordingly the study of the aspects which are vital for the proper function of an organization is very important and responsible task. In order to avoid a dysfunctional conflict, every organization has to study the attitudes of its own workers. As far as the confidence with the job is a very important motivator for preventing the destructive type of conflicts, it became my sphere of interest to make a further research on this topic and to point out all those factors, which based on the high level of job confidence influences the prevention of conflicts in an organization.
