Abstract
In the modern world, changes are going on more quickly and companies have to followthem. Globalization has led to the strengthening of competitive war that has put companies inthe face of the need for new approaches. If the company wants to succeed, it needs to realizethe need of transformation and implant change management system in the company.
Organizations often have to make changes, otherwise they will not survive in a modernbusiness environment.
The purpose of the work is to describe the essence of organizational changes, its internaland external factors, to outline the importance and describe different models of changes, todetermine the difficulties that managers face when making transformation and effectivemethods for overcoming them based on the examples of Georgian companies. The work provides research on the practice of making changes in Georgian companies, the object ofwhich are the hotels. Based on the research I identified the main problems associated with thecomplex nature of the changes, the factors that generate the need of transformation and theways of overcoming the difficulties in the process of changes. the research showed what relations Georgian companies, its managers and ordinary employees have with the changes and how it affects their success.
