Every company faces a lot of crises when it exists, which hinders and often worsens their activities, which then leads to bankruptcy. The bankruptcy of economic entities was massive in the 1990s, which destroyed the Georgian economy, the enterprises were closed, most of the population remained unemployed.In recent years, the government has revived many measures for business and production, however, there are still many unresolved issues, for example, how to increase the efficiency of the enterprise, etc. Due to which very often enterprises become insolvent, which leads to further liquidation.
Therefore, the analysis of the financial condition of the enterprise is always relevant for all those interested in cooperating with this or that enterprise, they are constantly paying attention to the expected and current economic situation of the enterprise.Financial situation analysis is the most priority direction for management, because timely analysis guarantees the company that the expected insolvency or other undesirable deviation, will be identified in time and then an appropriate plan will be developed.Therefore, the present master's thesis aims to assess the financial condition of the enterprise, to determine and analyze the factors affecting it, for which the appropriate coefficients are used, and to determine the factors that affect the financial situation.
