Strategic leadership and leadership traits research

Around the world more and more companies around are starting businesses. These companies need staff members who will be able to gain market share and develop the company. To develop the company's functioning, it is necessary for the manager to be a professional and possess leadership skills. The present paper is devoted to the study of managers which are employed in companies operating in Georgia. In the study is analysed what leadership skills characterize managers, what types of mistakes they make and what impact they have on the functioning of the company.
