Abstract
Thesis of Ana Tsulaia: "The improvement of organizational and marketing system" consists of an introduction and three chapters.
The introduction discusses the importance of the topic, that reflects (shows) that the marketing role isn’t only limited by formation of market economy and strengthening it’s favorable conditions. It’s much more sensible, as the unity of the system of social and economic importance. The main condition for the extension of existence of the firm is to administrate it’s activity by marketing approach, which is, above all, to see your business by consumer’s eyes. Therefore, it’s necessary to develop marketing system, that is more applicable to Georgian reality and will promote the formation and success of the firm's image on the market.
The introductory part represents author’s position, according to which the issue of "The improvement of organizational and marketing system" is considered to be especially important, because it summarizes both supporters and opponents opinions.
The volume of work and structure. dissertation research logic, semantic accents and architectonic design is derived from the thesis basic idea, "The improvement of organizational and marketing system". According to the author it's necessary to develop and use national - Georgian marketing concept, that is suitable for the real situation of the local firms operating, which is due to our country's natural and climatic conditions, traditions, psychological mood of consumers and other factors. In order to be specified and clear the reserves of this field in Georgia, the author of the work has raised and resolved six groups of problems.
