სტრატეგიული განვითარების გეგმის შედარება კერძო და საჯარო ტიპის ორგანიზაციებში

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze existing strategic development plans in public and private organizations and to understand differences and similarities, strengths and weaknesses by comparing them to each other. In order to achieve our goal, we analysed strategic plans of Public and Orivate Organizations, in order to go deeper in the details conducted research, we used personal interviews (additional 1) as well as Marvin Weisbord six box model for organizational diagnosis questionnaire (additional 2).
Our research unit from public sector was Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, on the other hands from private sector we took “Aversi-Pharma” LTD.
Our main interest was how do the organizational development strategies differ from each other. Also we wanted to find out are these formal strategies similar to non-formal plans of the organizations.
