For this purpose, it is necessary to assess the problems and risks arising in the implementation of the project, which is a hindering factor for the effective implementation of the investment project.
Analysis of the current state of economic development of Georgia shows that the investment environment of the country is attractive for both foreign and local investors, that is also confirmed by the international investment ratings. All of this promotes a flexible tax system that is reflected in low tax cargo, investment promotion programs, general investment climate and geo-political situation. However, we still do not have a solid position to attract investments, as there are high volatility of foreign exchange and consumer prices, high rate of debt, low income and other risks. Also, it is low on the development of means of attracting cheap money and it is difficult to access capital.
Therefore, it is necessary to study and analyze the causes of such a situation, and find the ways of elimination investment risks.
