Abstract
The master's work presents the creation of baby food product made on the basis of pumpkin and sea-buckthorn, which is rich with biologically active substances - micro and macro elements. Food product research and the creation of a recipe and technology of its production.
The purpose of the work was to receive and use of the plants pumpkin and sea-buckthorn containing biologically active substances in baby food.
To Improve the quality of baby food products, enhance their range of products reduces the number of diseases caused by vitamins, microelements and iodine deficiency in children.
The innovation of the work is that we have first studied chemical composition of pumpkin and sea-buckthorn in Georgia and examine the fruit jams obtained on the basis of micro elements.
Current international standards and different methods are used for researching chemical composition of pumpkin and sea-buckthorn.
Practical meaning. The paper presents to receive and use of fruit jams of pumpkin and sea-buckthorn in baby food.
