Abstract
In the master's thesis logical sequence is considered the strategies of exchanging the international market on the example of Georgian wine. What are the strategies for the international market, the importance of international exports to the company and the economy of the country, the prerequisites for access to the international market, such as license, franchise, the importance of a joint venture and subsidiary company.
The study of wine production is discussed in Georgia, general characterization of the wine market and possibilities of establishing Georgian wine. As well as the dynamics of exports of Georgian wine and its impact on the economic development of the country and the utilization of new wine markets for further sustainable development of the economy.
There is also a general overview of the World Wine Market, research of Georgian wine companies on the world market and research results.
