Abstract
At the present stage, quality plays an important role in the existence of an organization / company. The functions and forms of quality management have changed over the years and are still changing for the better today. Quality management is related to certain concepts and methodologies that include the international standard ISO 9001. Quality is a sustainable defined process, meeting requirements. Its main purpose is the efficiency of the organization, continuous improvement of services, systems, procedures. Quality management means constant improvement that is in line with the goals of the organization.
The master thesis includes four main chapters and subsections. The main task of the paper is quality management, classification of standards, separation of goals and resources and search for their balance. The paper discusses the quality management process, modern approach, the role of strategic manager, management methodology, public and public relations, types of risks and problems in the Georgian organization / company.
The aim of the paper is the basic principles of quality management, discussion of management problems, improvement of the user and his requirements, classification of structural improvements and international ISO standards and certification.
The relevance of the topic is related to certain methods and concepts. The paper presents the powers of management, the introduction of a quality management system, in the form of appendices and tables the improvement of the quality system, stages of quality movement, continuous cycle, six-sigma methodology.
The research of the master thesis was conducted in electronic form. The work revealed the problems existing in Georgian companies / organizations, the definition of the importance of quality, the evaluation of the work of the quality service, the study of existing risks.
