Abstract
Master's thesis "The role of personnel development in the efficiency of the organization" is a master's academic degree, which is completed within the framework of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University's Masters Education Program "Organization Development and Consulting".
The master's thesis deals with the development and promotion of the personnel development process in the organizations, which is a very important, important and problematic issue throughoutGeorgia.
The master theme concerns such important issues as: Personnel management, development, promotion of employment, personnel attitude towards management. The goal of career development is its role in the satisfaction of staff and the efficiency of the organization. Understanding the key factors that determine the role of the employee. As well as understanding of personnel and managers' opinion, to know what are the hindering factors for the development of staff today in Georgia.
The introduction of the Master's Thesis provides a summary of the topic, the goals and objectives of the research. The first chapter is a review of literature. The work deals with the essence of employee career growth and its purpose on the example of the shop "Pensarecaza". The work consists of studies, as well as the objectives, tasks and needs of the research.
