საქართველოს კომერციული ბანკების მართვის თანამედროვე მექანიზმი: პრობლემები და განვითარების პერსპექტივები

Banking sector plays a significant role in development of the modern world economy since successful functioning of banking system creates a healthy economic legal environment in the country. On the other hand, the development of the banking system and its successful functioning depends on sustainable banking regulations of the country.
On the example of our country, it can be said that management of Georgian commercial banks are accompanied by some challenges and their elimination represents the joint goal for the National Bank of Georgia and the Government of Georgia. Regulations implemented by the National Bank of Georgia represents its response.
Abovementioned factors determine the actuality of given issue and choosing of the research topic.
The purpose of our research is to reveal issues before management of Georgian commercial banks and to set the perspectives for its development.
The major task of the research is to discuss the abovementioned issues and to draw conclusions and recommendations at the end.
Advisability of the new regulations implemented in bank management is discussed in this Master`s Thesis and their impact on main economic indicators of the country is analyzed.
