Social workers are considered to be one of the most exemplary risk group of professional burnout, although there is no empirical confirmations about that, as research on this topic has not been carried out in Georgia. Recently topic of professional burnout became quite actually.
Sometimes there is a talk about the challenges of social work profession in Georgia, which indirectly keeps focuses on the emphasis of important and persuasive aspects for professional burnout. One of the challenges of the development of the profession today is to provide working conditions and satisfaction with the quality of social work, which is associated with professional transition components. That is why the issue of social work master's research is "professional burnout among social workers - the Georgian context". As a result of the preliminary research of the author, the survey was not found which would allow the author to take into consideration the findings and recommendations, but this fact is one of the reasons for choosing the topic. It is interesting to see if the opinion about the high quality of the professional burnout among social workers will be confirmed empirically.
