Pre-school education is an important part of the education system and it is essential, being
developed by qualified and well-trained educators. The relevance of the research is due to several
factors, first of all, there are only professional educational programs for educators in Georgia and
also, Ilia State University has a pre-school educational minor program, which is built with primary
education. That is the main reason, due to the law of pre-school education in Georgia, it is obligatory
to be bachelor programs for teacher education. In higher education institutions of Georgia there are
process of creation of the early development bachelor programs, that presents itself actuality of the
research.
The research aims to study and analyze issues of pre-school teacher education and preparation
system in Georgia; Practice analyze.
The following tasks are needed to achieve the goals:
 Introducing and analyzing of scientific literature, based on examples of Georgia and the
other countries;
 Determination of the issue;
 Development of methodology;
 Empirical research;
 Formation of conclusions and recommendations;
 Analysis of the research outcomes.
