The paper is about support of unemployment program. The mentioned program is said to be as one of the basic option to defeat unemployment and make balanced standard of living.
In first chapter is discussed unemployment and social economical outcomes caused by it. In order to see how problematic is unemployment in the country. In second chapter there is discussion about ideas on unemployment supports by economists. Also discussed there theoretical meaning their aims and functional content.
In the third chapter there is discussion about support of unemployment program practice in 12 countries. In which are included developed as well as developing countries, are discussed characteristics of system that are: Demands, Forgetting support of unemployment, Deadlines of support, quantity of grant e.t.c.
In the four chapter based on Russian example, we live discuss the attitude of unemployment and consumption towards unemployment benefit for build by OLS, where resulted variables are level of unemployment and costs spent on consumption and exogenous variable will be unemployment supports. Also we will discuss results made on ADL and ECM through which we will understand short and long term relations between variables.
