Master's thesis is dedicated to the organization's personnel strategies. The paper deals with the planning and attracting strategies for personnel, staff recruitment strategies, and personnel performance conformity management strategies that include staff development, socializing, career and reserves management.
The first section discusses various scholars such as Frederick Herzberg, Stacey Adams, Voctor Vruism's Theories on Human Resource Management. As well as the basic rules implemented by companies that provide the right to conduct the planning and implementation of the request. The same section deals with the basic methods of calculation of labor norms in modern companies, which determines the compliance of the employee with the working environment.
The second subsection deals with recruiting staff as traditional and modern, less useful strategies.
Also, the assessment scheme of candidates, which are actively used by modern companies.
The last part focuses on the conformity strategies with the personnel work, where the personnel, socializing and career planning, as well as the basic method of reserve formation are discussed separately.
