The Master’s thesis deals with statutory responsibility for the legal basis foe analysis. For a discussion of human trafficking and its historical analysis, its severity, the relevance of the issue in our country and fight against a variety of ways.
The work consists of the introduction, the five chapters, the seven subjects, the results of the research and the conclusion. Also included in the literature used. In total there are 65 pages on Tabakh.
The first chapter of the work examines the literature used, and the next chapter covers the problem of research and analysis, which presents the historical basics of human trafficking, the attitudes of the people and the country's governments and the laws that have been adopted to eradicate trafficking.
Legal analysis of trafficking is the third chapter of the work, which combines the issues of use of human trafficking, minors and trafficking victims. This chapter deals with articles, trafficking methods, moribund trafficking forms and victims' condition.
The fourth chapter of the work describes trafficking and adjoining crimes. Here are separated from each of the two above and are characterized by the difference between the forms of law. Include the following issues: involvement of juveniles in prostitution, use of victims' service and involvement of juveniles.
The fifth chapter of the work outlines the results of the research and answers the goals and objectives of the project. Finally, these results are presented as conclusions. The end of the work is bibliography.
