The present thesis aims to analyze providing factors for employment of highly educated people under their professional point of view in Georgian reality. The paper highlights dependence of the graduates towards higher education. The main attention is paid to identifying the relationships between the higher education and the labor market requirements and the impediments for employment of graduates of Higher Institutions under the professional point of view.
The problem of employment of young people is very important, because these young people are the potential personnel for the state. One of the main reasons for this problem is the inconsistency of the educational system with the requirements of the employment market, and therefore it is very interesting to see the views and dependence of the graduates towards this question.
The objects of the study are graduates of higher education institutions. Here are the methods used in the study. I used both quantitative and qualitative method of research.
From a quantitative research method I have used a personal interview. From the qualitative method - focus group.
