Modern organizations have many challenges around the world, this fact inspirers managers to implant the newest approaches at work. Organizational analyze and strategic planning create organizational success. Nowadays this issue is very active and we have many methods, models or theories, which helps managers to make this process successfully.
Goal of this thesis is that approbation Marvin Weisbord 6 Box model in civic organizations, this model using we will make organizational analyze and after this it will have based to make strategic plan. Object of this research is Ngo “ Centers Of Civic Engagement”
At first part we discuss about organizational development meaning and theories. In this thesis organizational development is present like process, its consist of two stages the organizational analyze and the strategic planning. Where is analyze civic organizations peculiarity and its development stages in Georgia. At Second part we have organizational analyze process (case study) that is based on concrete the civic organization example, in this part we descript 6 box methodology of research , Weisbord 6 box model, object of research, research analyze and results which is based on this present recommendations.
By this master thes is the first research using Weisbord 6 box model was made In Georgia.
